Our Partial Planning package is typically booked by a couple who has their venue secured and perhaps a few vendors in mind. You may have a vision of what they would like for the day, perhaps a Pinterest Board started, but you need assistance with narrowing down your ideas and creating a vision board, help with selecting decor items that are needed and fit your theme, or need assistance with planning the event or establishing a timeline,
The process begins with a meeting to discuss your ideas, such as food, music, flowers, and decor. Together, we can narrow down your design ideas, select vendors that fit your needs and budget, establish a timeline, and select decor items that fit your style. We also provide monthly check-ins to make sure your planning process is stress-free and enjoyable and answer any questions that may arise. On your wedding day, we are by your side and making sure all of your needs are met.
This package allows you and your partner to enjoy the planning process while we offer our expert planning and design services and oversee the management and logistics that come with planning a wedding. From start to finish, we will be by your side to ensure everything is perfect on your wedding day.

Day - of Coordination
8 hours of Ceremony + Reception Coordination
Ceremony Management:
Collection + distribution of ceremony items, assist with distributing bouquets and pinning boutonnieres, usher guests to their seats, and ensure music is prepared
Organize processional and prepare bride for entrance
Reception Management:
Assist and receive deliveries from bakers, florists, and other vendors
Assistance with basic event set-up (1 hour): Card box, seating chart, escort cards, guestbook, and favors
Special handling and placement of cards & gifts to predetermined location
Distribution of final payments and gratuity to vendors
Assistance with basic decor take-down (1 hour)
Guest Management:
Usher guests to designated locations - ceremony area, cocktail hour, and reception area
Vendor Management:
Ensure vendors arrive on time, follow predetermined timeline, and deliver quality service
Couple Management:
Provide personalized services to the couple, such as bringing food + drinks and ensuring
all their needs are met
